The Ross Institute Academy is at the forefront of creating innovative workshops on effective educational practices to help teachers and administrators prepare students with lifelong learning skills for the 21st century. These workshops guide participants in formulating coherent educational programs and effective pedagogy for success in classrooms and schools. Ross Institute Academy presenters put their extensive educational experience, in-depth work with visiting scholars and mentors, and long and productive classroom experience in both public and private settings to use in crafting interesting and engaging presentations and seminars. We have provided professional development to teachers and administrators from public and private schools in the format of one-time workshops and as long-term mentoring relationships. Our partnerships with university programs (Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development) as well as our affiliation with groups such as the Partnership for 21st Century Skills place us in a unique position for outreach and professional development in today’s educational world.
